SHARP enables eligible Servicers to receive annual rewards and recognition based on their Servicer Success Scorecard. The program recognizes clients with superior servicing performance for the prior year.
Meet 2024’s SHARP-est Servicers
We’re thrilled to announce the winners of the Freddie Mac 2024 Servicer Honors and Rewards Program (SHARP)SM. These awards celebrate the work Servicers do every day to keep homeowners in their homes and maintain stability in the housing market.
Eligibility
Servicers who meet the criteria for receiving an annual rank and fall into groups 1-3 are automatically enrolled in SHARP.
- Group 1: Service 200k + Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 2: Service 75k – 200k Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 3: Service 20k – 75k Freddie Mac mortgages
- Group 4: Service less than 20k Freddie Mac mortgages
Monetary Rewards
Based on your Scorecard rank and the number of mortgages serviced annually, you may receive monetary rewards as certain criteria are met:
- Gold: Annual Monetary Reward - $100k
- Silver: Annual Monetary Reward - $50k
- Bronze: Annual Monetary Reward - $25k
Public Recognition
Servicers will be announced in a press release and other industry recognition, receive a marketing toolkit, plus a designated number of FreddieMacCONNECT registrations (pending an onsite event).
